pleased to offer a self-contained, self-catering studio flatlet we call The Annex. This is an additional accommodation
option at St Sebastien House in Porthcawl, on the South Wales coast.
The Annex is situated in the middle of Porthcawl, close to
the beaches, the promenade, the harbour, the town, hotels, bars and restaurants. Only 3 miles from junction 37 of the M4,
access to Cardiff and Swansea is straightforward. The MacArthur Glen Designer Outlet, and the Odeon cinema complex, are
just along the M4 at junction 36.

The compact accommodation comprises a living room/bedroom
with a double sofa-bed and a kitchen area, an ensuite shower-room, its own entrance, and off-road parking. It includes self-catering
facilities, making it a great place to stay for a short break while you explore the coastline, the countryside or the towns
along the M4.
This
is an ideal and economical way to spend a relaxing holiday, with no-one to bother you and no mealtimes to stick to! You can
eat out, get a take-away, or cook for yourself. Bedding, linen and towels, (deposit required), and basic start-up
supplies - tea, coffee, sugar, milk etc - are included in the price. China, cutlery & cooking utensils are
provided, as are a kettle, toaster, microwave & fridge. Tariff Low
Season (October 1st - February 29th): Minimum 3 nights £90; Seven nights £180
Mid Season (March
1st - June 30th):
Minimum 3 nights £120; Seven nights £240
High Season (July
1st - September 30th):
Weekly (7 nights) bookings only: £300 per week
3 nights' bookings:
Thursday to Sunday or Monday to Thursday
Weekly bookings: Saturday to Saturday
