Guest rooms will usually be available from 3pm on the day of arrival, and you will be required to Register. We would be
grateful if you could let us know your expected arrival time.
There are games and some toys available for Children – please ask.
Bedroom 1 has its own bathroom with WC and a shower over the bath. It is situated next to the bedroom. There is also a
handbasin in the room. Bedroom 2 has an ensuite shower and handbasin, and a separate WC.
Broadband Internet access is available in every room
On the day of your departure, please vacate
your room by 10am, and remember to leave your keys!
We reserve the right to make a charge for damage to our property. We are sure that this will not be necessary, but if
it is, then we will invoice you.
We are a totally non-smoking establishment. Parking is available at the rear of premises, (via Blundell Avenue), and
your luggage can be carried in from your car by prior arrangement. However, there is no access for guests through the rear
of the Guest House, and you will need to walk to the front. You may prefer to park on the main road if there are spaces available.
