We will
soon be offering a further option - a self-contained, self-catering flatlet we call The Annex.
The
compact accommodation comprises a living room/bedroom with a double sofa-bed and a kitchen area, an ensuite bathroom, its
own entrance opening onto a patio area, and off-road parking. It includes self-catering facilities, making it a great
place to stay for a short break while you explore the coastline, the countryside or the towns along the M4.
This is an ideal and economical way to spend a relaxing holiday, with no-one to bother you and no mealtimes to stick
to! You can eat out, get a take-away, or cook for yourself.
Bedding, linen, one set of
towels, and basic start-up supplies - tea, coffee, sugar, milk etc - are included in the price.
China,
cutlery & cooking utensils are provided, as are a kettle, toaster, microwave & fridge.

Minimum

Medium Season (April
1st - June 30th):
Minimum 3 nights

High Season (July 1st - August 31st):
Weekly bookings only: £350 per week
3 nights' bookings: Thursday to Sunday or Monday to Thursday
Weekly bookings: Saturday to Saturday
