St Sebastien House is a friendly family-run guest
house offering a high quality service. We are currently carrying out some decoration and refurbishment to our premises, so
the pictures you see here may not accurately represent the rooms available in 2012 - they'll be even better! We are
only a minute from the sea, and are easily accessed from the M4. St Sebastien House is over 100 years old, built in the Edwardian era, and has
many original features, including ceiling cornices, William Morris-style tiles, and stained glass windows. We welcome single
guests and families, and we'd love to welcome you.

We offer Single, Double and Family rooms. We can also provide a travel-cot, carry-cot or camp bed if required, and
provided there is enough space in the room. We do not charge
for use of a travel-cot or carry-cot. We are a very 'child-friendly' Guest House, and we have a stair gate fitted
at the top of the stairs on the first floor.
All of our rooms have a television, hairdrier, iron & ironing board, a hostess tray (with tea, coffee,
water & biscuits), towels, and bathrobes. Books and games are available on request.
A highchair is available
in the Breakfast Room if required, and a pushchair or buggy is also available for your use while staying with us. We have a safe area
where bicycles can be stored; we have 2 car-parking spaces at the rear of the Guest House, and a further designated space
in the nearby car park from 6pm to 10am.
