All of our Breakfasts are freshly prepared and cooked, using only high quality ingredients. Most of our food (bacon, sausages, tomatoes, hash-browns) is grilled rather than fried. Mushrooms and eggs are fried in light olive oil. Laverbread is fried in bacon fat, as is traditional! Bread rolls are freshly baked (from part-baked).
